- On August 3, 2022, State Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax sent a letter to the Oklahoma Legislature providing an update about the first post-election tabulation audit authorized by 26 O.S. § 3-130 and conducted on July 28, 2022 . The audit examined the ballot totals for the June 28, 2022 Primary Election. The results of the audit confirmed the certified election results.
