Guest Speaker(s): Don Spencer, Oklahoma Second Amendment Association, and Mike Mazzei, 2026 Republican Gubernatorial Candidate
Don Spencer has been a life long resident of Oklahoma and became President of the Oklahoma Second Amendment Association in 2016. He is a CLEET Certified Firearm Instructor and a Licensed Armed Security Officer. Don often states OK2A is not merely a gun group, it’s a liberty group. “We just realize it may take firearms to maintain that liberty.”
The Oklahoma Second Amendment Association was founded in 2009 and in this time, Don has written and promoted more than 150 measures and positive changes to return the rights of citizens to keep and bear arms.
Mike Mazzei, 2026 GOP Gubernatorial Candidate.
A committed public servant, Mike served in the Oklahoma State Senate from 2004 to 2016, representing Senate District 25, and was Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee for 10 years. In December 2018 Mike was appointed the Oklahoma Secretary of Budget by Governor Kevin Stitt, where he served for two years.

Red County Rising!
This is a fundraising competition between all the counties to raise over $100,000 for the OKGOP!
The County that donates the highest percentage above their goal, through monthly donations and online donations (from both voters or the county party) by December 31, 2025, gets an evening with the Governor and Lieutenant Governor at the governor’s mansion next spring for 50 of its members! Other prizes will also be awarded.
The goal for Wagoner County is $2750. Let's put Wagoner County in the winner's circle!
